Owing to the support of our partners Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit-GIZ, the regional project Preventing and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in the Western Balkans - PaCT, and EU Delegation within the project Road Map for Migrants – Guide through the labyrinth, in November we implemented two occupation-sports activities in the asylum centres in Krnjača and Bogovađa. These activities aimed to introduce the participants to the basics of the modern circus and cultural exchange. The activities included children – girls and boys, travelling with families, originating from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Burundi and Cuba, and unaccompanied minors originating from Afghanistan and Iran. During these workshops, the participants had the opportunity to see the acts of professionals and to try manipulating various props. The participants were most interested in juggling balls, as well as cones and hula hoops.
